1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Boreal Telecom's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Boreal Telecom provides fixed wireless internet services to residential and business customers in Northern Ontario. Service availability and speeds may vary by location.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit harmful or malicious content
• Interfere with or disrupt our network or services
• Engage in activities that negatively impact other users

5. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due by the date specified on your invoice
• Late payments may result in service suspension or termination
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be affected by factors beyond our control including weather conditions and network congestion.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violations of these terms.
